Requirements

Responsibilities
- Drive sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by managing merchandise, pricing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and correcting deficiencies to meet goals
- Provide customer service by acknowledging customers, assisting with needs/purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products/services, processing orders, explaining products, training technicians, staging vehicles, and supporting workflow
- Maintain the Auto Care Center, sales floor, and service area by stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged/out-of-date goods, organizing displays, signing/pricing, securing merchandise, maintaining equipment, handling claims/returns, zoning, ordering supplies, and ensuring environmental/OSHA compliance and safety
- Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by building stakeholder relationships, supporting plans/initiatives, communicating goals, measuring progress, addressing improvements, and promoting adaptability/learning
- Supervise and develop associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting belonging
- Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics, implement action plans, utilize Open Door Policy, and guide business practices
- Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, foster belonging, create thriving opportunities, work collaboratively, build relationships, communicate positively, attract/retain/develop talent, and recognize contributions
