Requirements

  • Ability to drive sales and financial performance through merchandising, pricing, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and assessing trends

  • Proficiency in coordinating job-related activities, developing stakeholder relationships, supporting plans/initiatives, setting goals, measuring progress, identifying improvements, and promoting adaptability/learning
  • Experience in supervising associates (hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, promoting belonging)

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and financial performance in Auto Care Center/service area by managing merchandise, presentation, pricing, signing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and correcting deficiencies to meet goals
  • Provide customer service/assistance, process requests/service orders per policies, explain products/services, train technicians, stage vehicles, and assist workflow
  • Maintain Auto Care Center, sales floor, and service area by stocking/rotating merchandise, removing damaged/outdated goods, organizing displays, signing/pricing, securing items, maintaining equipment, handling claims/returns, zoning, ordering supplies, and ensuring environmental/OSHA compliance and safety
  • Coordinate/overs ee job activities by building stakeholder relationships, supporting initiatives, communicating goals, measuring progress, addressing improvements, and promoting learning
  • Supervise/develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, duty assignment, recognition, and fostering belonging
  • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics via action plans, Open Door Policy, and guidance on business practices
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, create belonging culture, collaborate, communicate positively, attract/retain/develop talent, model integrity/ethics, hold accountable, and prioritize customer delivery/results
