Responsibilities

  • Assists in operation of Pharmacy and OTC areas by driving sales and profit, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, budgeting, forecasting sales, monitoring inventory levels, maintaining cross-functional relationships
  • Analyzes and interprets reports, implements and monitors loss prevention and safety controls, oversees safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews, develops and implements action plans
  • Provides direction and guidance on executing Company programs and strategic initiatives
  • Resolves member needs, complaints, and issues within company guidelines and standards
  • Maintains confidential information, controlled medications, and required documentation
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, supports plans and initiatives, identifies and communicates goals, builds accountability, measures progress, addresses improvement opportunities, demonstrates adaptability, promotes continuous learning
  • Implements related action plans, utilizes and supports the Open Door Policy, provides direction on applying policies in business processes
