Requirements

  • Detects, deters, investigates, resolves policy violations and criminal activities (investigates fraud/illegal activities, gathers evidence, takes statements, writes reports, testifies in court, partners with investigative entities)
  • Monitors safety and risk controls (ensures safety program, supervises safety team, identifies accident trends, develops prevention solutions, observes practices, provides training, communicates plans, oversees reviews)
  • Manages facility-level training on asset protection, safety, claims, receiving procedures (reviews policies/compliance, identifies gaps, determines/develops/delivers training)
  • Manages claims and receiving operations (ensures policy adherence, timely processing of claims/damaged/defective/returned/liquidated items and merchandise deliveries)
