Requirements

  • Ability to assist in facility support (e.g., setting up rooms for events, minor maintenance/repairs, collecting recyclables, disassembling/cleaning drug dispensers, reporting issues like roof leaks/power outages)
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures for offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots (e.g., emptying waste/recycle bins, dusting, sweeping, wet mopping, stripping/waxing floors, cleaning/sanitizing bathrooms/showers, vacuuming/spot-cleaning carpets, cleaning microwaves/windows/AC ducts/ceiling tiles)
  • Compliance with company safety procedures, guidelines, federal/state/local laws/regulations (e.g., OSHA, state health department), including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, ethics/integrity standards (e.g., using Open Door Policy)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in facility support by setting up rooms for special events, performing minor maintenance/repairs, collecting/transporting recyclables, disassembling/cleaning drug dispensers, and reporting facility issues (e.g., roof leaks, power outages) to management
  • Ensure clean/sanitary facilities (offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots) per company safety procedures/guidelines and laws/regulations (e.g., OSHA, health dept.) by wearing PPE, emptying waste/recycle bins, dusting/sweeping/wet mopping/stripping/waxing floors, cleaning/sanitizing bathrooms/showers, vacuuming/spot-cleaning carpets, cleaning microwaves/windows/AC ducts/ceiling tiles, and addressing additional cleaning needs
  • Comply with company policies/procedures/ethics/integrity standards by implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy, and applying them in business processes
  • Complete work assignments/priorities by using policies/data/resources, collaborating with managers/coworkers/customers/partners, identifying priorities/deadlines/expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress/info, recommending improvements, and adapting to change/feedback/difficulties
