Requirements

Candidates must be currently enrolled at a UK university and working towards a bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, graduating in 2026. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate across departments are essential. Bonus points are awarded for proficiency in Spanish, Danish, German, or Romanian, and knowledge of or interest in HR and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

The University Recruiting Intern will research university campus strategies for Europe and META, including contacting career centers and posting roles. They will provide administrative support using applicant tracking systems like Workday and work management platforms like Asana, assist with interview scheduling, and support onboarding processes. The intern will also provide planning and logistical support for recruiting events such as career fairs and virtual interviews, focusing on delivering a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders to support recruiters, collating information for newsletters, and performing other recruitment-related tasks. Occasional travel to the Reading office may be required.
