Enrolled in a local Associate’s Degree program in a Science field (preferably Engineering, Biology, or Chemistry; other similar majors considered). All class standings/credit hours eligible
GPA in good academic standing
Committed to working at least one session aligned with semester schedule while still enrolled in classes (typically around 16 weeks)
Able to work 40 hours per week
Able to commute to work in the Greater Cincinnati area or willing to relocate at own expense
Minimum work duration of 12 weeks, no more than 24 weeks in a calendar year

Responsibilities
Onboard to P&G systems
Perform basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research
Execute procedural-oriented tasks in lab, plant, pilot plant (internal or external), clinical site, with consumers, and/or on computer
Report to a supervisor for training and mentorship
Document experiments in lab notebook and discuss observations
Balance projects with management support needs in office and lab environment
