Requirements

  • Ability to follow up on connectivity and digital tools data integrity
  • Proficiency in extracting Connectivity @ Install funnel from GCM (Global Connectivity Metrics) tool
  • Capability to create visibility on different buckets (Live connectivity, data flow issues, and Helium monitoring)
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (Connectivity Project Leader, SD, Field, and HPM) to ensure project execution and follow-up
  • Ability to ensure timely performance of live and Connectivity@Install processes, including on-site support
  • Skills in providing field support for restoring offline systems

Responsibilities

  • Optimize connectivity deployment for Saudi Arabia to ensure full tracking for live connectivity and Connectivity @ Install
  • Deploy predictive services infrastructure
  • Create actionable dashboards for connectivity
  • Follow up on connectivity and digital tools data integrity
  • Extract Connectivity @ Install funnel from GCM (Global Connectivity Metrics) tool
  • Create visibility on different buckets (Live connectivity, data flow issues, and Helium monitoring)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Connectivity Project Leader, SD, Field, and HPM) to ensure project execution and follow-up
  • Ensure timely performance of live and Connectivity@Install, including on-site support
