Requirements

Ability to follow up on connectivity and digital tools data integrity
Proficiency in extracting Connectivity @ Install funnel from GCM (Global Connectivity Metrics) tool
Capability to create visibility on different buckets (Live connectivity, data flow issues, and Helium monitoring)
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (Connectivity Project Leader, SD, Field, and HPM) to ensure project execution and follow-up
Ability to ensure timely performance of live and Connectivity@Install processes, including on-site support
Skills in providing field support for restoring offline systems

Responsibilities

Optimize connectivity deployment for Saudi Arabia to ensure full tracking for live connectivity and Connectivity @ Install
Deploy predictive services infrastructure
Create actionable dashboards for connectivity
Follow up on connectivity and digital tools data integrity
Extract Connectivity @ Install funnel from GCM (Global Connectivity Metrics) tool
Create visibility on different buckets (Live connectivity, data flow issues, and Helium monitoring)
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Connectivity Project Leader, SD, Field, and HPM) to ensure project execution and follow-up
Ensure timely performance of live and Connectivity@Install, including on-site support
Provide field support for restoring offline systems
