You must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or another STEM-related program, maintain a GPA of 2.75 or higher, be fluent in English with effective communication skills, able to relocate, and legally entitled to work in China without sponsorship.
The internship requires you to be able to relocate for its duration, as locations vary, and it involves hands-on field operations.
You will participate in focused training and team meetings, work on projects with support from a buddy and manager, and receive coaching and mentoring to develop your skills.
Responsibilities include completing internal projects, collaborating on field operations like drilling and well testing, collecting and analyzing data, inspecting equipment, keeping records, and applying HS&E standards.
Strong candidates are STEM students with a solid GPA, English fluency, communication skills, willingness to relocate to China, and legal work authorization, showing passion for energy projects and hands-on learning.
