Requirements

  • Expertise in managing fiscal and social obligations in the Democratic Republic of Congo (RDC), including complex and frequently evolving fiscal regulations
  • Ability to ensure compliance with RDC laws and regulations, particularly with DGI, INSS, ONEM, and other relevant institutions
  • Capacity to handle legal monitoring (veille juridique) on fiscal reforms in RDC
  • Local consultant or fiduciary firm specialized in fiscal management
  • Competence in data collection, verification, and processing of salary and fiscal information

Responsibilities

  • Process, declare, and pay taxes (e.g., IPR), employer charges, and social contributions (e.g., INSS, ONEM) for Search for Common Ground (SFCG) RDC within legal deadlines
  • Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance to prevent administrative or penal sanctions
  • Protect employees' rights regarding salaries, social contributions, and payroll taxes
  • Collect and verify salary and fiscal data provided by the organization
  • Produce and submit detailed monthly reports including declared and paid amounts, respected deadlines, copies of declarations, and payment proofs/quittances
  • Guarantee timely declarations and payments to maintain transparency and efficiency
