Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech startup environment
  • Proven ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-moving teams with shifting priorities
  • Mastery of modern design tools (Figma preferred; Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite also valued)

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, user-focused interfaces that elevate our SaaS product’s usability and appeal
  • Translate complex product requirements and user needs into clean, modern design solutions
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to bring ideas to life
  • Maintain, evolve, and scale our design system, component libraries, and style guides
  • Contribute proactively with new ideas to improve product’s performance, accessibility, and design consistency
  • Balance pixel-perfection with practicality in a fast-paced, agile development cycle
