Requirements

4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech startup environment
Proven ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-moving teams with shifting priorities
Mastery of modern design tools (Figma preferred; Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite also valued)
A strong portfolio that demonstrates UI/UX design capabilities across multiple platforms and product types
Deep understanding of layout, color theory, typography, spacing, and responsive design principles
Strong communication and collaboration skills — confidently share ideas, take feedback, and iterate
Comfortable working on-site with a cross-functional team

Responsibilities

Design intuitive, user-focused interfaces that elevate our SaaS product’s usability and appeal
Translate complex product requirements and user needs into clean, modern design solutions
Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to bring ideas to life
Maintain, evolve, and scale our design system, component libraries, and style guides
Contribute proactively with new ideas to improve product’s performance, accessibility, and design consistency
Balance pixel-perfection with practicality in a fast-paced, agile development cycle
