Candidates need 3+ years of game client development experience, proficiency in C#/C++ with Lua/Python/TypeScript project experience, solid data structures, algorithms, and software design skills, mastery of Unity/Unreal Engine with projects in 3C, UI, editor tools, and rendering, and experience leading or deeply participating in complete Gameplay modules.

Preferred experiences include loving games and understanding UGC games, having UGC game or UGC editor usage/development experience, and experience in integrating and applying large language models.
