Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of two years of SIT and/or UAT/QA experience, and at least two years of SQL and/or MS Access experience. They should also have two or more years of financial system analysis and/or reporting experience, and proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel. A passion for improving consumer experiences is required.
As a UAT Tester, the individual will execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various processes and software changes within Agency Management, covering regression testing needs. They will engage with commissions, compliance, and financial reporting groups to build regression tests and project-specific enhancement testing, coordinate testing schedules, and create UAT testing plans and test cases. The role involves logging and managing defects, working with business teams to resolve issues, creating or maintaining testing standard operating procedures, and attending daily scrum meetings to clarify and enhance testing plans.
