- Plan and Execute Test Cases & Scenarios
- Prepare Test Environment and Data
- Execute Tests, Log Results, and Fix Defects
- Capture and Prioritize Feedback/Defects
- Validate Migration Outcomes against Requirements
- Integrate the UAT process with the Change Management workstream
- Test Readiness and Training Validation
- Feedback Loop for Adoption
- Risk Mitigation
- Report on defects and business process gaps uncovered during UAT
- Provide data-driven insight back to the consulting team
