  • Define Test Scenarios Aligned with Business Requirements
  • Plan and Execute Test Cases & Scenarios
  • Prepare Test Environment and Data
  • Execute Tests, Log Results, and Fix Defects
  • Capture and Prioritize Feedback/Defects
  • Validate Migration Outcomes against Requirements
  • Integrate the UAT process with the Change Management workstream
  • Test Readiness and Training Validation
  • Feedback Loop for Adoption
  • Risk Mitigation
  • Report on defects and business process gaps uncovered during UAT
  • Provide data-driven insight back to the consulting team
