Responsibilities

Lead the trusts and estates tax practice and oversee complex tax compliance, planning, and advisory services
Review and sign off on fiduciary, estate, gift, and individual tax returns, including Forms 1041, 706, and 709
Provide authoritative guidance on estate planning strategies, wealth transfer, charitable giving, and asset protection
Advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, fiduciaries, trustees, family offices, and legal advisors
Conduct advanced tax research and interpret federal and state tax laws and regulatory changes
Oversee estate and trust administration tax matters, valuations, and distributions
Serve as a trusted resource and technical expert for attorneys, CPAs, financial planners, and wealth advisors
Lead IRS examination strategies and manage resolution of estate and gift tax issues
Mentor, develop, and supervise tax professionals; support recruiting and training initiatives
Manage key client relationships and support firmwide business development and practice growth
Ensure the highest standards of compliance, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
