Responsibilities

Lead a team of Content Moderators (~25 employees)
Analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content
Investigate, escalate, and/or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system
Handle the team of Reviewers
Provide coaching/feedback based on performance/career growth
Motivate team to perform efficiently for optimum process performance
Provide daily objectives
Develop reward systems to recognize and appreciate good performance
Assign work schedules and commit team to deliverables
Manage quality of work
Drive people management activities within the team
Ensure adherence to all Governance checkpoints
