Requirements

  • Clear communicator with strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiar with risk assessment techniques, comfortable doing independent research, and able to triage risk and security questions effectively
  • Able to balance user expectations while adhering to security policies and compliance boundaries, and comfortable finding creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity
  • Able to collaborate effectively with peers and across teams located in multiple offices
  • Familiar with SQL or other query-based languages and able to write or manipulate queries to gather data

Responsibilities

  • Help develop user-facing risk monitoring processes, perform account reviews, and manage account activity escalations
  • Work with Engineering teams to build better account review and moderation tools
  • Help investigate, draft, and implement fraud & abuse policy & operations with Legal and Security
  • Respond to high priority customer and internal escalations related to account access, user behavior, and compliance screenings
  • Manage to key performance metrics defined within Platform Security
  • Create and maintain internal knowledge libraries and contribute to the creation of user-facing content
  • Provide materials and training to BPO partners and maintain outsourcing resources through regular audits & updates
  • Participate in a semi-quarterly on-call rotation to provide support during high-priority incidents
