Requirements

Responsibilities

The Treasury Operations Specialist will provide operational and customer support for banking transactions, ensuring smooth processing, opening and closing accounts within the trust accounting system, performing daily processing of transactions including data input and system updates, assisting in system testing and contributing to process enhancements, managing the administration and operational support of all accounts under BitGo’s custody, responding to both internal and external inquiries with timely and accurate information, acting as a proactive problem-solver, troubleshooting account-related questions and issues, and working closely with the Trust Operations team and support cross-functional initiatives as needed. They will also take on additional responsibilities as required by Trust Management.
