  • Ability to provide clear solutions and guidance to stakeholders on portal-related issues
  • Capability to ensure bank portal SOPs are up-to-date by tracking changes from banking institutions
  • Experience monitoring daily user termination reports and promptly removing access within SLA
  • Ability to create and implement role-based entitlements across bank portals by collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Skills in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date user database for banking platforms
  • Experience assisting with user data integration into Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
  • Knowledge to ensure user data aligns with audit, compliance, and security requirements
  • Ability to maintain and update user management processes and workflows
  • Experience assisting with maintaining bank account database (adding, modifying, closing accounts in TMS)
  • Familiarity with bank paperwork for account opening, modifying, and closing

Responsibilities

  • Perform periodic testing and assessment of Treasury-related SOX controls timely and accurately
  • Effectively communicate control findings and remediation plans to management
  • Produce accurate narrative and evidence documents for management review and approval
  • Monitor the SharePoint ticketing system and address requests promptly per internal policies, procedures, and SLAs
  • Troubleshoot access issues, transaction delays, and technical errors, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Provide clear solutions and guidance to stakeholders regarding portal-related issues
  • Ensure all bank portal SOPs are up-to-date by tracking changes from banking institutions
  • Monitor the daily user termination report and promptly remove access within SLA
