  • Process Travel and A&H claims efficiently and accurately in line with AIG’s claims handling guidelines, ensuring timely resolutions for customers
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders to foster trust and confidence between AIG and our customers
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the claims team by consistently meeting or exceeding quality and productivity targets
  • Maintain a high level of quality, adhering to AIG’s procedures, policies, and processes
  • Identify potential fraud risks and take proactive steps to safeguard the company’s operations and financial integrity
  • Improve processes, reduce transactional costs, and enhance the effectiveness of claims handling
