Requirements

  • 8-10 years of Medical or Internal Education experience, with a significant portion in Med-tech / Pharma industry
  • BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field
  • Fluent English
  • Proven experience in Training coordination / Clinical Education Manager role
  • Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
  • Understanding of sales process, preferably within relevant medical business
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • 40% Business Travel
  • Preferred: 4 years in a People Management role
  • Preferred: Certification in training

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes education plan aligned with central European strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders including Brand managers and Sales leaders
  • Follow best-in-class learning trends, re-evaluate and continuously improve the learning experience
  • Develop, continuously update and execute internal education programs (e.g., internal courses, online educational platform tools, online courses) and/or external education programs (e.g., sawbones courses, cadaveric courses, online education)
  • Develop new customer engagement programs and events supporting strategic goals and marketing objectives
  • Develop and deploy digital tools to facilitate learning
  • Develop and ensure up-to-date sales training curriculum and material
  • Develop, schedule and communicate a calendar of internal and external education events
  • Document and store internal training participant list for audit purposes
  • Partner with surgeon KOLs to ensure high quality faculty at internal and external education activities
  • Audit selling capability and knowledge base of sales channels regardless of experience and tenure; build a plan to close identified gaps
  • Allocate and manage the education budget in alignment with strategic priorities
  • Ensure educational activities across EMEA markets are coordinated and cohesive to drive agreed goals and strategies
  • May have responsibility for clinical research in collaboration with Brand Management
