Requirements

  • Curious and resourceful problem solver with aptitude for numbers, analysing large data sets, and resolving inventory investigations
  • At least 1 year experience in a transport support or warehouse administrator position
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer centric with high attention to detail
  • Ability to liaise and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Dangerous Goods experience an advantage
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills – Office 365, WMS, CRM
  • Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligible to work in Australia (successful applicants required to undergo National Police History check)

Responsibilities

  • Organising & writing consignment notes
  • Arranging freight bookings for deliveries and receivals
  • Recording and reconciling pallet transactions
  • Inventory management and resolving any stock variances or quality problems
  • Tracking and uploading proof of deliveries
  • Releasing forward orders
  • Compiling delivery run sheets and store reports
  • Laminating Emergency Information Panels (EIP’s)
  • Responding to sales/marketing queries and requests
  • General Administrative duties
  • Customer service
  • Assisting Sales representatives and other staff with queries
  • Ensure all staff and site visitors adhere to Redox’s policies, procedures, and site-specific conditions of WH&S in compliance with state and federal legislation
