Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production cost models to analyze market dynamics, congestion, curtailment, and basis risk
  • Support project siting by coordinating with Grid Analysis and Interconnection teams to evaluate potential POIs
  • Conduct economic studies for project viability, revenue forecasting, and long-term value
  • Build price forecasting models incorporating fundamentals, transmission, and load/generation scenarios
  • Assess market rule changes, transmission upgrades, and retirements for project impacts
  • Provide reports and presentations to leadership for strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with development, finance, and asset management to optimize portfolio performance
  • Review interconnection study results and coordinate with BD
