Responsibilities

Lead the transition to intelligent operations, connecting operational teams with strategic initiatives
Collaborate with area leaders to identify synergies and apply process reengineering using methodologies like value stream mapping
Detect improvement opportunities, plan actions, and recommend tools and technologies to optimize processes
Implement and monitor improvements that reduce times and increase service quality
Analyze operations to propose enhancements and provide strategic insights
Define technological needs, including process automation, reports, and databases
Monitor progress of improvements, take corrective actions, and participate in working groups for continuous improvement
Supervise system development, controlling deadlines, scope changes, and supporting implementation testing
Collaborate on identifying and launching new services and tasks
Support indicators by extracting, validating, and analyzing data to propose improvements in metrics and reports
