Requirements

Working knowledge or experience of ProTools, VoiceQ, Adobe Audition, Premiere, Reaper, media encoder or other DAWs
Exceptional organisation and communication skills
Similar experience in a technical role within a recording studio or post-production environment, or a relevant degree/college qualification with practical elements
Experience with handling large file volumes and delivering accurately under time pressure
Adaptable and able to respond quickly to last minute, shifting deadlines
Solid knowledge of Excel and Word
Good knowledge of surround sound formats (Dolby Atmos), video codecs, sample rates and file formats (advantage)
QC experience (bonus)
A love of games or TV & film (big bonus)
Availability for Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm with an hour for lunch, and occasional evening, weekend and bank holiday work
Some relevant experience of audio tools and workflows (e.g., degree/qualification in the audio field or work experience/internship with a studio or post house)
Energetic and pro-active individual who works well within a team but is also able to work independently with minimal supervision
Organisation and attention to detail
Audio background for technical aspects including QC, ProTools deliveries and Video and Dialogue Editing

Responsibilities

Deliver optimum technical efficiency to enable competitive, agile and flexible response to client needs
Support producers, sound engineers, and editors in the preparation and delivery of key assets
Report to the Technical Operations Lead
Work across all aspects of the production business
Support the Transfer and Asset Coordinator, Engineers, Editors, and Mixers in the timely distribution of key assets
Create VoiceQ sessions and tracking files
Communicate regular updates to the internal team as well as clients
Set up projects
Prepare audio and video material
Update assets so that everyone is working with the latest material
Handle final deliveries to clients
Perform technical aspects including QC, ProTools deliveries and Video and Dialogue Editing
