Requirements
Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English
Able to carry out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to junior level employees
Experience in managing daily operational activities and supervising day-to-day work of junior level employees (not formal management)
Responsibilities
Day to day oversight of processing quality and timeliness
Ensure that all tasks are processed as per SLA
Work with the team and group projects area on any allocated projects
Ensure that processes and controls are amended when necessary and as instructed by the Team Leader or Management to improve output where quality at an individual level or process needs to be addressed
Completion of monthly KPIs, timely and accurately
Provide input to the Team Leader and contribute in weekly team meetings if required
Work with internal departments to evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations and ensure that all current requirements are met
Manage the projects related to your environment and ensure smooth implementation
Provide guidance to staff, fostering an environment which encourages employee participation, teamwork and communication
Production of daily/monthly/ad-hoc reporting
Resolution of asset manager’s queries
Assume responsibility for the efficient day to day running of the group acting as a source of technical expertise
Ensure that all risks are identified and highlighted immediately to Team Leader
Understand the background and propose appropriate measures to prevent reoccurrence
Always available for clients, team members, and other teams
Supports the Team Leader in ensuring operational efficiency with respect to workflow distribution and effective use of staff resources
