Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of education
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant professional experience in financial administration, financial securities, finance or audit - preferably within a multinational environment
  • Strong customer service and data management expertise, with a passion for delivering service excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all organisational levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional EU languages such as French, Spanish or Italian is an advantage
  • Ambitious, creative, proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, and a willingness to grow beyond the comfort zone
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and consistently deliver high-quality and consistent results
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and control personal workload to meet deadlines effectively
  • Reliable and trusted team player, demonstrating integrity and strong ethical standards. Motivated to contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team in a dynamic and impactful environment

  • Experience with tools such as Alteryx, VBA, eFront or Tableau are an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Input cash-flow-related administrative data across various product lines (e.g., processing drawdowns and repayments of Private Equity funds, guarantee calls, and disbursement requests)
  • Reconcile cash positions with intermediaries
  • Maintain daily communication with fund managers and the client to obtain information necessary for successful operations
  • Responsibility for driving and delivering client experience and needs, through daily interactions
