Responsibilities

  • Work side by side with senior traders to learn about proprietary methodologies and trading systems that support an established trading business
  • Actively engage in counterparty-facing activities, including structuring and presenting trade ideas, preparing market commentary, and responding to counterparty requests in real time
  • Manage trade execution, with a strong focus on counterparty exposure, credit considerations, and operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain pricing models, fundamental analyses, and trade tools that support both internal decision-making and counterparty engagement
  • Enhance existing strategies and identify new opportunities to expand counterparty flows, trading volumes, and profitability
  • Serve as a key liaison between trading desks, risk management, operations, and OTC counterparties to ensure seamless deal execution and lifecycle management
  • Further responsibilities may evolve with the individual’s strengths, interests, and ability to grow counterparty relationships
