Responsibilities

Provide personalized attention to all collaborators to ensure Social Security benefits and safeguard worker well-being at all times
Plan and execute social programs for collaborators and their families (health, recreation, social training, cultural, sports events, etc.)
Collaborate and provide support on projects carried out by the unit/department, following supervisor guidelines, performing delegated tasks, and meeting internal client needs
Manage Human Resources areas affecting affiliation and payment processes, including hiring, terminations, maintenance of master data for compensation and benefits, absences, retirements, statistical reports for internal/external administration, payroll and payment calculation systems/processes, implementation of compensation programs and benefits, and management/selection of external suppliers
