Ability to carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Commitment to safety, cleanliness standards, and proper use of tire bay equipment
Understanding of production and/or financial performance reporting for the department

Assist members in the selection and purchase of tires, including verifying sizes for vehicles
Properly install tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing
Repair tires as needed
Properly dispose of tires and ensure propane tanks are filled per club policy (if certified)
Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area; merchandise tire displays and automotive products
Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk and coordinate with Home Office regarding member tire needs as needed
Maintain an accurate and complete supply inventory and appropriately utilize special-order tire programs
Comply with all safety and cleanliness standards and properly utilize tire bay equipment
Ensure all tire bay scheduling data and documentation is completed for sales and service orders
Maintain all club policies and procedures
Greet, anticipate, and appreciate members (GAA); deliver GOLD Member Standards and club standards daily
