Requirements

Ability to assist members in tire selection and purchase
Skills in proper tire installation, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing
Knowledge of tire repair and maintenance
Capability to complete necessary tire bay documentation
Understanding of club policies, procedures, and compliance
Commitment to safety, cleanliness standards, and proper use of tire bay equipment
Ability to maintain inventory and utilize special-order tire programs
Team-oriented with a friendly, positive attitude, honesty, and integrity

Responsibilities

Assist members in selecting and purchasing tires
Install tires properly, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing
Repair tires as needed
Dispose of tires properly and ensure propane tanks are filled per club policy
Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area
Merchandise tire displays and automotive products
Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk and coordinate with Home Office as needed
Maintain accurate and complete supply inventory
Comply with safety and cleanliness standards and utilize tire bay equipment properly
Carry out job functions as assigned, support club policies, deliver GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), and ensure a safe, positive environment
