Understand production and/or financial performance reporting for the department
Comply with safety and cleanliness standards and properly utilize tire bay equipment

Responsibilities

Assist members in the selection and purchase of tires
Properly install and repair tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing tires
Complete necessary tire bay documentation
Maintain tire bay policies and procedures
Properly dispose of tires and ensure propane tanks are filled per club policy
Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area
Merchandise tire displays and automotive products
Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk
Coordinate with Home Office regarding member tire needs as needed
Maintain an accurate and complete supply inventory
Understand and appropriately utilize available special-order tire programs
