Previous experience in tire installation/alignment, customer service, appointment scheduling, and invoicing
Open availability with a minimum requirement of Sunday 10am-4pm, 1pm-6pm Monday-Thursday
Responsibilities
Assist members in the selection and purchase of tires, including verifying sizes for vehicles
Properly install tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing
Repair tires as needed
Complete necessary tire bay documentation
Maintain tire bay policies and procedures
Properly dispose of tires and ensure propane tanks are filled per club policy
Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area
Merchandise tire displays and automotive products
Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk
Coordinate with Home Office regarding member tire needs as needed
Maintain an accurate and complete supply inventory and utilize special-order tire programs
Comply with safety and cleanliness standards and properly utilize tire bay equipment
Fill propane tanks as needed if certified per DOT requirements
Carry out job functions as assigned, support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, address concerns, and escalate as appropriate
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members

Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns
Commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including Grand Opening Look, stocking, promotional execution, signage, cleanliness, and organization
Understand production and financial performance reporting for the department
