- Deliver GOLD club standards daily (Grand opening look, stocked items, promotional plans, signage, clean/organized)
- Understand production/financial performance reporting for department
- Comply with safety and cleanliness standards, properly utilize tire bay equipment
Responsibilities
- Assist members in selection and purchase of tires
- Properly install tires (mounting, dismounting, rotating, balancing)
- Repair tires
- Complete necessary tire bay documentation
- Maintain tire bay policies and procedures
- Properly dispose of tires and ensure propane tanks are filled per club policy
- Maintain clean and professional tire bay and waiting area
- Merchandise tire displays and automotive products
- Provide knowledgeable service to members at tire desk
- Coordinate with Home Office regarding member tire needs as needed
- Maintain accurate and complete supply inventory
- Utilize available special-order tire programs appropriately
