Open availability with a minimum required availability of 10am-6pm Friday/Saturday/Sunday

Responsibilities

Assist members in the selection and purchase of tires
Properly install and repair tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing
Complete necessary tire bay documentation
Maintain tire bay policies and procedures
Properly dispose of tires and ensure propane tanks are filled per club policy
Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area
Merchandise tire displays and automotive products
Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk
Coordinate with Home Office regarding member services
Carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, and escalate concerns as appropriate
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team
Embrace inclusion and diversity, working collaboratively
Deliver service excellence, resolve member concerns, and commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Maintain club standards: fast, friendly, full, fresh, clean; grand opening look daily; stock items and execute promotional plans; visible accurate signage; clean and organized
Understand production and financial performance reporting for the department
