Responsibilities

  • Generate and prospect sales (calls, emails, etc.)
  • Build and develop client relationships
  • Manage marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Provide support and technical assistance to clients
  • Organize and manage account information, assets, data, and reports
  • Process Campaigns requirements to Partners (Tickets, Purchase Orders, Campaigns, Insertion Orders, etc.)
  • Validation of available inventory and campaign requirements/materials
  • Tracking requests to Partners
  • Collaborate closely with teams from other departments, such as the Operations Hub, Sales Administration, among others
  • Provide support to the Small and Medium Business Team by processing the campaigns ordered by the Clients/Agencies and other Operational main tasks like materials validation, campaign reports, etc
