Requirements

  • Successful in leading and developing high performing teams and individuals
  • Significant experience in successfully building and delivering supplier and third party security assurance activity in a fast-paced commercially focused environment
  • Demonstrable exposure to negotiating security contractual changes with suppliers and partners
  • Effective at articulating technical security risk in straightforward terms
  • Extensive understanding of regulatory and PCI standards in Financial Services / Payments organisations
  • Exposure to multiple technology environments including services hosted on cloud platforms

Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee the supplier security governance and assurance framework
  • Lead and provide coaching and development for team members
  • Drive the activities required for security control assurance and testing activity for third party suppliers
  • Own and maintain the Planet supplier contract security schedules - approving changes in partner and supplier security contractual agreements
  • Assess and monitor supply chain risk through clear accountability, awareness and enhanced KRI/KPI reporting
