Responsibilities

  • Ensure TPM projects comply with regulations and timelines
  • Align warehousing and EDA requirements
  • Facilitate communication and actions required from TPM to help Abbott achieve their Supply, Quality, and financial goals
  • Secure regular market supply by delivering finished products on time
  • Forecast required raw/packaging materials for production at TPMs and coordinate between TPM and stakeholders to ensure raw/packaging material availability
  • Monitor the supply of raw/packing materials to TPMs and ensure adherence to standards
  • Control TPM inventory of packaging materials, raw materials, and finished products
  • Control the movement of finished products from TPM to Abbott warehouses
  • Ensure all technical requirements are handled according to Abbott standards
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., QA, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance Departments) for facilitation of Abbott products launches and supply
  • Apply relevant expertise and knowledge to manage an efficient S&OP process; proactively communicate supply constraints to stakeholders and align on key actions
  • Review performance of TPMs through effective established Supply KPIs to ensure adherence
  • Align distributor activities and manage documentation for bulk and finished goods
  • Coordinate quality assurance efforts between local TPM, distributors, and affiliate
  • Work with the global team to set up product parameters in various systems
  • Handle TPM activities, including managing technical transfer projects and support in evaluating new CMOs for technical capabilities
