Requirements

Excellent leadership stratégique, communication et organisation skills, with a strong understanding of quality issues
Proven experience in coordinating QA/test teams in an agile environment
Mastery of software testing methodologies (automated or manual), tools, QA lifecycle, BDD and TDD principles
Significant experience with automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Shell Scripting, Python, and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to quickly learn technical and functional domains
Strong analytical skills, ability to propose solutions, and organizational problem-solving capacity
Fluent English (written and spoken) required (international context)
Experience in large-scale distributed systems (desired)

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product's overall testing strategy
Ensure consistency of test plans across squads and product milestones
Promote best practices in automation, performance testing, and exploratory testing
Coordinate activities of QA engineers distributed across 10 agile squads
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between teams
Monitor test coverage, defect trends, and delivery readiness
Produce regular reports on quality metrics and testing progress
Implement a data-driven continuous improvement approach based on feedback and experience
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, technical leads, and delivery teams
Effectively communicate risks, issues, and quality status to stakeholders
