Minimum of an Associate's degree OR completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Science
Minimum one (1) year of related experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered

Responsibilities

Develops and executes manufacturing solutions and provides services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy customer requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty and applying process improvement or troubleshooting
Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production
Demonstrates an intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of how to support the full Plexus manufacturing processes, product requirements and specifications, and cross-discipline or supplier coordination
Successfully executes responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' manufacturing processes, and provides support to direct production line operators
Maintains comprehensive understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup awareness, and operation
