Requirements

Intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of Plexus Manufacturing processes, Product Requirements & Specifications, and cross-discipline or supplier coordination
Ability to develop and execute high-quality, cost-appropriate Manufacturing solutions that satisfy customer requirements
Proficiency in utilizing appropriate tools for creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production
Experience or skills aligning with salary range spectrum from Level I, Level II, through Senior roles (determined by work experience, education, licensure, and skill level)
Ability to work independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes

Responsibilities

Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain test equipment to ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products
Develop and execute Manufacturing solutions and provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and meet customer requirements
Establish an area of technical specialty and apply process improvement or troubleshooting relevant to the role
Utilize tools to create, analyze, and verify documentation, programs, models, processes, or production
Demonstrate understanding of support for full Plexus Manufacturing processes, product requirements, specifications, and cross-discipline or supplier coordination
Execute responsibilities independently per good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes
Collaborate on problem-solving, maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects to exceed customer expectations
