Requirements

  • Intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of Plexus Manufacturing processes, Product Requirements & Specifications, and cross-discipline or supplier coordination
  • Ability to develop and execute high-quality, cost-appropriate Manufacturing solutions that satisfy customer requirements
  • Proficiency in utilizing appropriate tools for creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production
  • Experience or skills aligning with salary range spectrum from Level I, Level II, through Senior roles (determined by work experience, education, licensure, and skill level)
  • Ability to work independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes

Responsibilities

  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain test equipment to ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products
  • Develop and execute Manufacturing solutions and provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and meet customer requirements
  • Establish an area of technical specialty and apply process improvement or troubleshooting relevant to the role
  • Utilize tools to create, analyze, and verify documentation, programs, models, processes, or production
  • Demonstrate understanding of support for full Plexus Manufacturing processes, product requirements, specifications, and cross-discipline or supplier coordination
  • Execute responsibilities independently per good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes
  • Collaborate on problem-solving, maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects to exceed customer expectations
