  • Experience supporting new equipment evaluations and providing feedback
  • Capability to develop new programs, complete test acceptance/validations, and implement engineering changes while maintaining program integrity
  • Ability to lead development of Specific Function Training, Assembly Build Instructions, or other training materials
  • Willingness to attend vendor training sessions and train others

Responsibilities

  • Review and react to key process indicators to increase program capability while maintaining a low false call level
  • Identify program or system gaps and implement solutions to close these gaps across the site
  • Actively listen and respond to internal customer needs and participate in sector teams to support external customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical leadership at the product level and work with planners and manufacturing Supervisors/Leads to support production schedules
  • Support manufacturing Operators and Technicians in troubleshooting and debugging test equipment, test software, and products
  • Support root cause failure analysis and implement solutions to reduce or eliminate downtime
  • Lead calibration and preventative maintenance of equipment
  • Support new equipment evaluations and provide feedback as required
  • Develop new programs, complete test acceptance/validations, and implement engineering changes on manufacturing test platforms
  • Lead development of training for Operators or Manufacturing Test Technicians
  • Attend vendor training sessions to improve expertise and train others
