Strong communication skills to secure optimal effectiveness in testing areas
Technical leadership at the product level
Ability to review and react to key process indicators to increase program capability while maintaining low false call levels
Skills in identifying program or system gaps and implementing solutions
Experience troubleshooting and debugging test equipment, test software, and products
Knowledge of root cause failure analysis
Ability to lead calibration and preventative maintenance of equipment
Experience supporting new equipment evaluations and providing feedback
Capability to develop new programs, complete test acceptance/validations, and implement engineering changes while maintaining program integrity
Ability to develop Specific Function Training, Assembly Build Instructions, or other training materials
Willingness to attend vendor training sessions and train others

Responsibilities

Review and react to key process indicators to increase program capability while maintaining a low false call level
Identify program or system gaps and implement solutions to close these gaps across the site
Actively listen and respond to internal customer needs and participate in sector teams to support external customer satisfaction
Provide technical leadership at the product level and work with planners and manufacturing Supervisors/Leads to support production schedules
Support manufacturing Operators and Technicians in troubleshooting and debugging test equipment, test software, and products
Support root cause failure analysis and implement solutions to reduce or eliminate downtime
Lead calibration and preventative maintenance of equipment
Support new equipment evaluations and provide feedback as required
Develop new programs, complete test acceptance/validations, and implement engineering changes on manufacturing test platforms
Lead development of training (e.g., Specific Function Training, Assembly Build Instructions) for Operators or Manufacturing Test Technicians
Attend vendor training sessions to improve expertise and train others on learned content
