Candidates need an industrial engineering degree or equivalent, minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Buyer preferably with global suppliers in a technical organization, strong negotiation and supplier management skills, creativity, motivation, excellent teammate qualities, fast learning, independence, agility, and excellent English communication skills.
The role involves working in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary group with cross-functional stakeholders, internal engineering, production groups, and global vendors, emphasizing creativity, autonomy, teamwork, agility, and passion for work.
Stand out with technical knowledge and experience with ATE (Automated Test Equipment), experience in OSATS/semiconductor/high volume manufacturing, results-oriented mindset, analytical skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, and creative out-of-the-box thinking.
