Requirements

BS degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
Fluent in English and Swedish
Minimum 2+ years of experience in testing, including documentation, test execution, and method development
Experience in developing test specifications (interface requirements, test flow, strategy, measurement accuracy, acceptance criteria)
Experience applying statistical techniques for data analysis and problem-solving
Knowledge of Measurement Traceability and Gage R&R

Responsibilities

Develop test plans and execute tests for new product development and sustaining the current product portfolio
Write test reports documenting test results thoroughly
Support the development of requirements and acceptance criteria
Conduct data analysis and statistical evaluation
Coordinate testing activities with external laboratories and collaborate with internal and international colleagues
Perform test method validation and equipment qualifications
Optimize existing operations and processes for testing efficiency and accuracy
Prepare and write technical reports in English
Take responsibility for the calibration process
Produce, check, and correct product documentation
