Requirements

  • BS degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in testing, including documentation, test execution, and method development
  • Experience in developing test specifications (interface requirements, test flow, strategy, measurement accuracy, acceptance criteria)
  • Experience applying statistical techniques for data analysis and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of Measurement Traceability and Gage R&R

Responsibilities

  • Develop test plans and execute tests for new product development and sustaining the current product portfolio
  • Write test reports documenting test results thoroughly
  • Support the development of requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Conduct data analysis and statistical evaluation
  • Coordinate testing activities with external laboratories and collaborate with internal and international colleagues
  • Perform test method validation and equipment qualifications
  • Optimize existing operations and processes for testing efficiency and accuracy
  • Prepare and write technical reports in English
  • Take responsibility for the calibration process
  • Produce, check, and correct product documentation
  • Manage Change Orders
