3+ years of experience
Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills (time management, attention to detail)

Experience with API and web services, including tools like Postman and SoapUI
Conversant with SQL scripting
Experience with Desktop & Web applications
Familiarity with BrowserStack or similar cross-browser testing platforms
Experience in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with Management tools (Azure DevOps, Confluence, XRAY, Jira, or any equivalent management tool)
Bachelor in information systems, Computer Science, Applied Computing, Software Engineering, or any related field
ISTQB certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

Independently manage and execute comprehensive testing activities with minimal supervision
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate all testing efforts effectively to meet project deadlines
Conduct all aspects of testing, including requirements analysis, test design, execution, results analysis, and detailed reporting
Identify, document, and track defects to resolution while investigating the root causes of non-conformance in software
Work closely with cross-functional teams (communicate with all stakeholders) to uphold quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle
Track and analyze quality assurance metrics, such as test execution progress, defect density, and open defect counts, to inform team strategies
Actively participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, QA demos, and daily stand-ups to foster an agile development environment
Provide proactive feedback and suggestions throughout the testing lifecycle to prevent and address quality issues early
