Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium
Strong programming expertise in Java
Deep understanding of Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and automation design patterns
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
Proven experience in diagnosing and fixing pipeline and environment issues
15 years full-time education
Exposure to API testing tools (e.g., RestAssured, Postman) is a plus
Knowledge of Automated Testing, Python (good to have)
Exposure to cloud-based testing (e.g., Selenium Grid) (nice to have)
Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) (nice to have)
Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber (nice to have)

Responsibilities

Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function using quality processes, tools, and methodologies
Evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions
Design, implement, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation test pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests in CI/CD
Define automation best practices, coding standards, and reusable components for test frameworks
Guide and mentor SDETs and QA engineers on automation design and problem-solving
Drive automation strategy and optimize CI/CD pipelines
Ensure scalable, reliable test automation frameworks across projects
