Responsibilities

  • Account-based selling to healthcare providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatments for disease states in the Lilly dermatology portfolio, including dermatologists, dermatology fellows, educators, chief internal medicine residents, chief family practice residents, and residents in dermatology rotations
  • Build relationships with key customers in the dermatology space to drive adoption of Lilly’s new and existing therapies
  • Identify and develop business relationships with state and local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations
  • Serve as a credible expert and resource in the dermatology space
  • Develop territory management strategies
  • Manage accounts to become a trusted partner
  • Engage every member of an office/account with clinical and product information
  • Plan for and engage in patient-centered dialogues with customers
  • Collaborate with partners (Partner Collaboration)
