Territory Manager - Partnerships

Position Overview

Roofr is seeking a stellar Territory Manager with a background in roofing supply, manufacturing, or relevant adjacent industries to drive our partner enablement program. This role is crucial for fostering alliances with current and future supplier partners across North America. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled in sales and account management, and adept at prioritizing and executing partnership enablement strategies, product training, and onboarding. You will be responsible for developing long-term, sustainable relationships that generate new opportunities for Roofr's revenue team.

Responsibilities

  • Own existing branch relationships and enable their sales representatives for new opportunities within your allocated territory.
  • Drive partner growth through active engagement and comprehensive enablement programs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners regarding Roofr and its products.
  • Provide effective Roofr product training and onboarding support for new partners.
  • Plan, forecast, and meet monthly and quarterly departmental objectives and quotas.
  • Organize and host timely, localized community events and meetings for partner engagement.
  • Deliver Roofr product updates through in-person or virtual trainings, presentations, and meetings.
  • Travel regularly to partner sites/locations (estimated 1-2 weeks per month).
  • Become proficient in Roofr’s PRM & CRM for partner-related updates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Roofr’s sales, success, revops, and support leaders to define priorities and resolve issues between Roofr and partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management and/or relationship management experience.
  • Experience working in channel partnerships is a significant advantage.
  • Experience managing partnerships in a business development environment with Roofing supply companies is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency with relevant modern tooling such as CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (Partner stack), Asana, Google suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships, navigate organizations, and make high-producing connections.
  • Ability to work collaboratively or independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
