The Tender & Proposal Coordinator II coordinates the preparation and delivery of high-quality tenders, proposals, bids, and related documents by managing resources, schedules, and ensuring alignment with corporate branding and marketing standards. This role involves collaborating with Proposal Managers and Subject Matter Experts to compile, format, and review documentation, while also independently managing smaller proposals and renewals. Key duties include evaluating project opportunity documents for compliance, compiling marketing materials, coordinating graphics and layout design, managing information flow to meet deadlines, and performing document formatting, editing, and reviews.
